Our hourly rate and the flat fees for trademark and copyright work are below. Fractional general counsel retainers are sized to each company's needs and quoted after a consultation.

For matters billed by the hour. We only work for as long as a matter requires, so you are never billed for unproductive time.

Sized to the scope of your everyday legal needs and quoted after a consultation, once we understand your business. Work outside the retainer is billed hourly or on a flat fee.

Our fees are Faham Law LLC's fees for the service described. Government fees are set by the USPTO, the U.S. Copyright Office and other agencies, change from time to time, and are passed through at cost; the amounts shown are current as of the date of this schedule. Search vendors, foreign agents and other disbursements are additional. Fees for work not listed are quoted in advance.
