Searches and opinions on whether a proposed name or logo is available.

Preparing U.S. and international applications and responding to USPTO office actions through registration.

The USPTO reports an average of about 10 months from filing, depending on its backlog and whether the examiner raises issues.

Maintain & renew
A maintenance declaration is due between the 5th and 6th year after registration, then a combined declaration and renewal every 10 years.
