In addition, we work with companies when claims of harassment or discrimination are brought up and can thoroughly investigate and resolve, ideally without litigation. Another important aspect of employment law we handle is drafting and putting into place injury and illness prevention programs and wage and hour laws are properly applied at all personnel levels.

We can help you to choose an appropriate type of entity, the correct State for formation as well as preparing the necessary formation documents (Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization). We can also file the documents with the appropriate State agency and assist in obtaining a Federal Taxpayer Identification Number (FEIN).
