David Faham

David serves as fractional general counsel to privately held companies, handling the contracts, employment questions, compliance and day-to-day legal decisions that an in-house lawyer would. Having served as general counsel for companies large and small, he brings that perspective to outside counsel work: practical advice that fits how a business actually runs.

His practice also covers the transactions those companies run into. He helps entrepreneurs start new businesses, handling entity formation, operating agreements, website terms, and SaaS and end-user agreements. He represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, with transactions ranging from a few hundred thousand to a few million dollars. He handles commercial and residential real estate transactions, including closings and lease reviews. And he protects intellectual property, from trademark searches and filings through registration, maintenance and renewals.

Clients include consumer products and wholesale companies, licensing companies, technology companies and startups, restaurants, apparel brands, Amazon and e-commerce sellers, and real estate clients.

David is a father of four and when work and family are not the priority, enjoys bowling in a local league and considers himself a foodie and scotch and wine aficionado.
